Last spots available for our 2025 AGM and speaker event being held at the Zoological Society of London (Huxley Lecture Theatre) next Thursday – the AGM starts at 5.30pm, with refreshments from 5pm, and the speaker event starts at 6.30pm for 7pm, with a reception afterwards.

There will be six presentations at the speaker event hosted by the Trust’s Director, Sarah Puntan-Galea: Dr Pete Carr on a successful Chagos rat eradication project;  Dr Mark Laidre on Chagos coconut crabs; Dr Clare Embling on Chagos cetaceans; Dr Claire Collins on the issue of illegal fishing in the waters off the Chagos Archipelago; Dr Mark Spalding on barachois; and Dr Jodey Peyton on invertebrates and the discovery of a new Chagos species!
