We were delighted to launch our new website at our recent Annual General Meeting, where our members were given a live walk-through by Filip Hnizdo from Octophin Digital who assisted our Director, Sarah Puntan-Galea, in the creation of the new site.

It has a totally different look, including a new colour scheme and messaging, and moving image landing page by videographer Jon Slayer, which transports viewers into the heart of the Chagos islands. Plus, it has an easier to navigate interface, swifter payment system, and a more efficient content management system for us to update the site ourselves. But why not look around the site and see for yourself!

In the latest issue of Chagos News

The opening article examines the first sighting of the sliteye shark in the waters of the Great Chagos Bank, written by Charlotte Oulton and Drs Holly Stokes, Kimberley Stokes, and Chagos Conservation Trust (CCT) Trustee Nicole Esteban from Swansea University’s Marine Conservation Ecology Lab.
