Every year, the Chagos Conservation Trust Team meet to run through our five-year strategy and annual plans, plus undertake some Trustee training. This year, we met at Bangor University’s (by the Menai Bridge in Wales, UK) Ocean Sciences School, and are happy to report the Trust is on-track strategically, both for the short and the long-term.
It was also the perfect time for an in person Board and Finance Committee meeting, plus some bonding team-building activities: we enjoyed a tour of the university’s impressive labs and research ship, plus had our CCT festive dinner! With thanks to Professor John Turner for hosting.
