The Government has announced its intention to commission a new feasibility study into the possibility of resettling the Chagos Islands by FCO Minister, Mark Simmonds on 8 July 2013.

CCT will submit its views on the wider BIOT policy review, announced in December last, including the feasibility study, by the deadline of 31 July set by the FCO.
