We’ve just heard that the consultation deadline has been extended to the 5th March. This gives us three more weeks to try and convince the government that the creation of a no-take Protected Area in the Chagos is the right thing to do, and is supported by both NGOs and the general public. So, if you haven’t already there’s still time to sign the petition!
